Legal & Policy Questions Answered

Your account is suspended immediately. Any active balance is returned to your QRIS, DANA, OVO or GoPay account within 5 business days. We retain your account history for 12 months for dispute resolution, then delete it unless law requires retention.

We never store your payment credentials. Each transaction is processed by licensed payment partners using encryption. Your account only holds a reference ID, not your card or wallet details. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Payment disputes are investigated within 7 business days. Game outcome disputes may take up to 14 days if they require provider review. You'll receive updates every 3 days. Appeals can be filed within 30 days of resolution.

We comply with Indonesian tax and reporting requirements for supported regions. Large transactions may trigger reporting where local law applies. You receive a transaction record suitable for your personal tax filing each calendar year.

We collect name, phone, email, date of birth and payment details. This data is retained as long as your account is active. After closure, non-transaction data is deleted within 90 days unless law requires longer retention.

Accounts are suspended immediately only if we detect fraud or breach of terms. In all other cases, you receive written notice and 48 hours to respond before suspension. Permanent closure requires 10 days' notice and an appeals opportunity.
